Unique horizontal polarization technology reduces crosstalk between devices, achieving ultra-low intermodulation (IM3) ≤ -150dBC, improving signal purity by 50% in densely populated areas such as shopping malls.

Q: What is the difference between horizontal polarization and common vertical polarization?

A: Vertical polarization matches mobile phone signals and is optimized for ceiling-mounted devices (AP/CPE), reducing wall reflection loss and improving the transmit and receive efficiency of ceiling-mounted devices.


Q: Can it be connected directly to a router?

A: It requires an N-type female adapter cable (such as an RG316 cable) to connect to the device. The maximum line loss is recommended to be ≤3dB. We recommend using our CL-30 ultra-low-loss patch cables.


Q: What is the use of the 4900-7125MHz frequency band?

A: It covers the 6GHz band of WiFi 6E/7 and the 5G C-band (n77/n78), ensuring future-proof performance for the next decade.


Q: How do I install an 18mm thick cable?

A: The ceiling opening is Ø225mm, and the included spring-loaded bracket allows for single-person deployment in 3 minutes.


Q: Why does the vertical beam angle narrow as the frequency increases?

A: High-frequency signals have weak penetration. A narrow beam (such as a 45° beam) focuses the energy to penetrate floors. The measured interference attenuation between upper and lower floors is ≥12dB.


Q: How do I perform DC grounding? A: The housing has a built-in grounding stud for connecting to the building ground grid (lightning protection standard IEC 62305) using a 6mm² or larger copper cable. This connection is not required in areas with strong lightning strikes.


Q: Can it be used outdoors?

A: The ABS housing is UV-resistant but not waterproof. It is only suitable for indoor use. For outdoor use, select the IP67 model GL-OD series.
