FAQ

Q: Does it support GLONASS or BeiDou?

A: It is optimized for GPS L1 (1575.42MHz) and is not compatible with other satellite system frequency bands.


Q: Why is the axial ratio parameter not listed?

A: It has been verified that this is an omission in the documentation. The measured axial ratio is ≤5dB (@1575MHz). Please contact customer service to obtain a test report.


Q: Is 2.0dBi gain sufficient?

A: Designed for short-range reception (≤10km), it can be increased to 28dBi with an external LNA, making it suitable for consumer devices.


Q: Is impedance matching required?

A: 50Ω standard impedance allows direct connection to RF modules (such as the ublox NEO series) without the need for additional matching components.


Q: What is its waterproof performance?

A: It does not have an IP rating. It is recommended for indoor use or installation in a protective enclosure. Custom conformal coating versions are available.
