Covering the full frequency band of 700-2700MHz, compatible with 2G/3G/4G and NB-IoT networks, it can achieve precise adaptation to the operator's specific frequency band (Band 5/8/28/41, etc.) through adjustable matching circuits to ensure stable communication in multiple network environments.

With a wide operating temperature range of - 40°C~+85°C (in compliance with MIL-STD-202H standards) and 85% RH humidity stability, it can meet the reliability requirements of harsh scenarios such as automotive pre-installation and outdoor industrial equipment, and ensure continuous operation in extreme environments.

3. High-efficiency radiation characteristics

Achieve a peak radiation efficiency of 71% in the 1710-2700MHz frequency band, which is 40% higher than the conventional FR4 PCB antenna. The radiation efficiency significantly reduces the base station handshake failure rate and optimizes the quality of the wireless communication link.

4. High power carrying design

Supports 4W continuous power tolerance (certified by EN 62368-1), adapts to Cat-M1 high power transmission mode, provides stable communication guarantee for remote NB-IoT devices, and reduces signal interruption caused by insufficient power.

5. Precision SMD process

Adopts 37.0±0.2×8±0.1×3±0.1mm ultra-mini size, complies with IPC-A-610G Class 3 standard, can be seamlessly integrated into high-density SMT mounting production line, and meets the space requirements of miniaturized equipment.

FAQ

Q: Is an external matching circuit required?

A: The π-type matching network needs to be customized according to the target frequency band of the device (reference design: 700MHz frequency band adapts to 2.2nH+1pF, 2.6GHz frequency band adapts to 3.9nH+0.6pF).


Q: What is the impact of the metal casing on performance?

A: It is recommended to maintain a spacing of ≥15mm with metal parts, and the grounding layer area needs to be ≥40×40mm.


Q: What is the efficiency parameter test standard?

A: The test is conducted in a 3D microwave darkroom (SATIMO StarLab) and strictly complies with the CTIA Test Plan V3.5.1 standard.


Q: Does it support 5G NR frequency bands?

A: It covers up to 2700MHz and only supports Sub-1GHz 5G frequency bands such as n5/n8/n28 (high-frequency versions are required for n78/n79 bands).


Q: Does VSWR<3.5 affect transmission?

A: In the 1710-2170MHz frequency band, the actual VSWR is ≤2.8 (with Smith chart for reference), and the reflection loss is <-10dB, which meets the communication transmission requirements.
